Simply send an email to support@amseatec.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return so we can help you out.
Pack It Up
To ensure a safe journey back to our warehouse, please disassemble the item and carefully pack it back into its original factory packaging. Items must be returned in "like new" condition to be eligible for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Once our support team reviews your request, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. (Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you'd like, we can provide a prepaid shipping label and simply deduct the cost from your final refund.)
Get Refunded
As soon as your return arrives at our warehouse and passes a quick inspection, we will process your refund directly to your original payment method. No complicated steps required on your end!
Amseatec Comprehensive Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your Amseatec product must be in the same condition that you received it: unassembled, unused, in "like new" condition, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned in less than "like new" condition or missing their original packaging may be subject to restocking fees.
Starting a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at support@amseatec.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We meticulously pack every order, but please inspect your furniture upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item. We will gladly cover 100% of the return shipping fees for defective or incorrect items, evaluate the issue, and make it right immediately.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on custom-made furniture orders, personalized items, or final sale clearance items. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the exact setup you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unassembled, unused, and in its original packaging, along with the proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't seen the funds, please contact us at support@amseatec.com.
