Can I cancel my order?
We process orders quickly so you can start enjoying your new home office as soon as possible! If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@amseatec.com right away.
- If your order has not yet shipped: Our support team will gladly assist you in canceling the order and issuing a full refund.
- If your order has already shipped: The order can no longer be canceled. However, you can easily initiate a return with our support team once the item arrives at your door.
Will I receive a paper bill in the mail?
No. To minimize our environmental footprint and ensure you get your records instantly, you will receive a digital copy of your order invoice via email.
How do I return my order?
We want you to love how Amseatec fits into your home! If an item isn't quite the right fit, you can return it within our 30-day risk-free window.
Simply email us at support@amseatec.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once our support team reviews your request and the item is received at our warehouse, we will process your refund directly to your original payment method—no complicated authorization codes required.

Can I change my shipping address or modify my order after it's placed?
We move fast to get your gear to you! If you spot an error in your shipping address or need to swap an item, email us at support@amseatec.com right away. If your order hasn't been processed for shipment yet, we’ll gladly make the update. Once it's on the truck, we are unable to reroute it or change the contents.
What if an item arrives with missing parts or hardware?
We meticulously pack every order, but if you happen to find a missing screw or hardware piece during assembly, don't worry! Email us immediately at support@amseatec.com with your order number and the specific part missing (referencing your assembly guide), and we will expedite the replacement parts to you for free.
Shipping
When will my order arrive?
We know you are eager to get comfortable in your new home office setup, so our logistics team moves quickly once your order is placed:
- United States: Delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
- Rest of the World: Delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link, allowing you to follow its journey right to your front door.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! No matter where you are, we are dedicated to helping you create a more comfortable home office. However, due to complex logistics routes, we are currently unable to deliver to the following remote or restricted areas:
- US offshore islands and territories
- Sensitive military bases and jurisdictions
- PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

How much does shipping cost?
We want to make upgrading your home office as seamless as possible. That’s why Amseatec offers Free Standard Shipping to the vast majority of our global delivery areas. There are no hidden fees at checkout, so you can simply look forward to the arrival of your new furniture.
How will my Amseatec furniture arrive?
To make delivery easy and convenient, we partner with premium global parcel carriers. Your items will be delivered straight to your front door or apartment building lobby. Our packaging features a carefully engineered compact design that not only protects your furniture but is also easy to handle, meaning you won't need to coordinate a complicated freight truck delivery.
Will my entire order arrive at the same time?
If you ordered a single chair, it will arrive in one streamlined box. If your order includes multiple items or accessories, they may ship from different warehouse locations to ensure they reach your home as quickly as possible. This means they might arrive in separate boxes on slightly different days. You will receive unique tracking numbers for every individual package.
What if my package arrives damaged?
We pack our products meticulously, but we know rough handling during long transits can occasionally happen. If your box arrives with visible exterior damage, please go ahead and accept the delivery, then open it to inspect the actual items inside.
If your product is damaged or missing assembly parts, simply email us at support@amseatec.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a few photos of the damage or the box. Our support team will quickly verify the issue and expedite replacement parts or a new item to your home for free.
